Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith. They distinguish between our professional fees and third-party costs (disbursements). Any additional costs will be discussed with you before they are incurred wherever possible.

Third Party Charges

Some services are supplied by third parties. We cannot be held responsible for changes to their fees.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We may request payment in advance for certain third-party costs or direct cremation services. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts where permitted by law.

Funeral Expenses Payment

f you apply for assistance from the Department for Work and Pensions or another organisation, you remain responsible for any balance not covered.

Cancellation

If arrangements are cancelled after work has commenced, charges may apply for work completed and third-party costs already incurred.

Cremation and Burial

We will arrange the funeral according to your instructions and relevant legal requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by coroners, medical certification, local authorities, crematoria, cemeteries, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Care of the Deceased

We will care for the deceased with dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services, where permitted by law.
