In the event of death

When someone dies, it can feel overwhelming and confusing, and you may not know what needs to happen first. Please know you don’t have to go through it alone.

I will gently guide you through each step, explaining everything clearly and taking care of the arrangements with care, dignity, and support.

If you need help at any time, I’m here for you.

Registering the Death

Once the death has been medically confirmed, it must be registered at the local register office.

This is usually done within a few days and will result in the official death certificate being issued. You will need this to begin funeral arrangements.

In most cases, the hospital or GP will explain how this works, but if you are unsure, I can also help guide you through the process so you know exactly what to expect.

I’m Here To Support You

Whatever has happened, there is no right or wrong way to feel and no expectation for you to know what to do next.

If you need help at any point, I will gently talk you through everything and take care of the arrangements for you.
